We are a commercial Recruitment Agency, so we focus on roles you would find in the head office: Sales, Marketing, IT, Customer Service, Admin etc. We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team.
Salary: Up to £23,000
Location: Hemel Hempstead, Herts
You will be supporting our consultants in making the process run smoothly.
Recruitment Administrator duties:
- Write job descriptions
- Write up profiles
- Speak to candidates in between start dates
- Organise interviews
- Send out interview details/calendar invites
- Uploading/updating vincere
- Send job acceptances/ offer
- Liaise with candidates – Confirm start dates
- Send details to accounts
- Update spreadsheets
- Organise email campaigns/ send out follow-up emails
- Candidate care – calls after they start, 1st/ 4th/ 8th week
Recruitment Administrator attributes:
