Recruitment Consultant for EW Recruitment
We are looking for a number of 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our team……Come and work with us at EW Recruitment!
Previous experience in Recruitment and/or sales would be advantageous, although open to speak to people who have a strong work ethic and a proven track record of learning something new.
Recruitment Consultant duties include:
- 360 consultants, manage clients & candidates
- New business – build a desk/ pipeline
- Retention of business
- Dealing with large numbers of calls, emails
- Booking interviews
- Giving and receiving feedback from both clients and job applicants
- Formatting of CVs to present candidates to best advantage
- Advertising of vacancies
- Sourcing job boards for suitable candidates
- Registering candidates
- Checking of ID and eligibility to work in the UK
