My client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
Salary: up to £23,000
Location: Potters Bar, Hertfordshire
They are a looking for people who have previous experience in Customer Service and/or Administration. This role offers lots of training/development.
Customer Service Administrator duties:
- Dealing with inbound customer service calls / directing them appropriately
- Learn own knowledge of all products services provided by the company
- Ability to work in a regulated environment
- Amend and maintain accurate company records to ensure legislative
- Maintain technical product knowledge to support team colleagues
- To maintain relationships with advisers and other business areas.
- Investigate and resolve complaints and queries
