Sales Negotiator
My Client is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team.
Location: Cheshunt, Hertfordshire
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong estate agency background who enjoys building relationships, winning new business, and delivering results in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking and carrying out property valuations and viewings.
- Winning new instructions, including securing opportunities from competitor agents where appropriate.
- Conducting accompanied viewings and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales journey.
- Arranging surveys and progressing sales through to completion.
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best outcomes.
- Managing client relationships and maintaining a high level of communication.
- Working towards individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within estate agency sales.
- Strong knowledge of the residential property market.
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- A full UK driving licence is preferred.
