My client is looking for an organized Office Coordinator to provide a comprehensive range of administrative support services to their Team.
Salary: £27,000 – £31,000 (DOE)
Location: Luton, Bedfordshire.
This Office Coordinator role, includes working closely with Finance and being responsible for the organization of the wider team. For this role my client is looking for someone who has worked in similar field so experience in the Construction or a similar industry would be essential.
Office Coordinator duties include:
- Coordinate and Manage Travel requirements and meetings
- Respond to price enquiries
- Support Team with Various administrative duties
- Manage and organise company electronic filing system
