IT Support Technician
My client is looking for a competent IT Support Technician to join their team.
They are a lovely company and looking for an IT Support technician who is keen to build a long-term role with their company. You will be supported and there will be lots of progression within this role.
Salary: Up to £36,000
Location: Gorleston, Norfolk
IT Support Technician duties include:
- Provide IT support to all users where required.
- Provide 2nd line support when escalated from the first line
- Setting up and supporting small and medium business networks
- Supporting PCs and servers remotely and on-site (Win7/8/10, 2008, 2012, 2016)
- Installing business computer systems
- Office 365 maintenance, installation and migration
- Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010/2013/2016
- Setting up email accounts and website hosting (Linux and Windows)
- Managing WHM web servers and DNS
- Administration of IP Phone systems (via web-based interface)
- Supporting customer applications.
