Commercial Gas Engineer

You will be covering West London; this is field based role.

Salary: up to £55k + Van + Tablet/ Phone

Location: Field based/West London

Perform reactive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems in commercial and industrial settings
General Plan Maintenance Tasks/ Building service maintenance
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to HVAC equipment
Plan and execute onsite work, ensuring minimal downtime and high-quality service
Oversee mechanical and electrical installations, including plumbing and cooling systems
Plant room checks /Air conditioning filter cleaning
Emergency lighting flick testing
Fire alarm testing
PAT Testing
Report on materials and resource needs, ensuring timely ordering for efficient job completion
Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety regulations and best practices
Maintain high standards of customer service, keeping clients informed and satisfied
Gas Certificates
