My client is a lovely company, very innovative, driven and honest people and they are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their team.

Sales Development Representative duties:
- Researching prospects, generating and updating prospect lists
- Building the sales funnel with a high-level of outbound activity
- Conducting outbound calls, emails and social outreach to both warm and cold leads
- Qualifying leads
- Building trust and rapport with prospects then scheduling meetings for senior BDMs to attend
- Identifying and developing key decision-makers relationships
- Seeking opportunities to upsell
- Working collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies
- Maintaining detailed records on company CRM
- Achieving set KPIs on call activity, pipeline development and meetings booked
- Staying updated on industry trends
- Staying updated with company products and competitor offerings
- Handling customer data responsibly and ensuring GDPR compliance
