Property Inspections Consultants
My client is looking for a number of Property Inspections Consultants to join their team, they are a lovely team and looking for someone who wants to join that.
Ideal candidate will have some Estate agency/ Property/ Lettings experience.
Salary: Up to £30k
Location: Braintree, Essex
Property Inspections Consultants duties:
- Visiting properties to undertake various tasks
- Ensure they remain in good condition, produce reports to evidence and dispatch to the relevant landlord.
- Compile detailed reports which record the overall condition
- Re-visiting the properties midway through an active tenancy
- Inspecting the property prior to the end of a tenancy to produce a ‘check out’ report
- At the end of a tenancy mediate between landlord and tenants
- Where issues are evident at the end of a tenancy, but the landlord and tenants fail to agree on a mutually acceptable compromise
- Prepare all relevant paperwork and sends this to an independent adjudicator
Property Inspections Consultants attributes:
- Team player
- Hardworking
- IT proficient – familiar with MS Office, other general packages, Tablets, and other mobile devices
- Own car and clean driving license
