My client is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team, due to the nature of the business they are looking for someone who is confident on the phone.
Salary: up to £24,000
Location: Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.
The ideal candidate will be one who has previous experience dealing with difficult customers with great attention to detail and excellent time management skills. The ideal candidate needs to be well organised and able to prioritise workloads.
Office Administrator duties include:
- Dealing with cases, chasing update
- Liaising with clients
- Dealing with client queries/ difficult customers
- Strong communication skills
- Liaising with other team members
- Updating CRM system
- Updating spreadsheets
- Manage overflow calls
Office Administrator attributes:
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Team player
