Finance and Operations Executive
My client is looking for a Finance and Operations Executive to join their team, this is a mixed role and requires a process driven, organised and proactive individual. They are a lovely company so looking for someone who wants to be part of that. The ideal person will cover finance/accounting and operational/administrational duties.
Salary: up to £45k
Location: Woolwich, South London
Finance and Operations Executive duties:
- Sales ledger & invoicing
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Liaising with existing customers
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Manage petty cash,
- Manage expenses
- Manage budgets
- Ensuring best practice in line with ISO 9001
- Organisation of meetings
- Provide general administrative support to Directors
- Prepping documents for new starter onboarding
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Process associated travel expenses
- Assist in organising team events and socials
