Customer Services Advisor
My client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
Salary: up to £25,000
Location: Hemel Hempstead, Herts.
The ideal person will be one who has previous experience dealing with customers over the phone. This is a fast-paced role, which offers lots of training and development.
Customer Services Advisor job duties:
- High volumes of inbound calls
- Product knowledge
- First time fixes
- Delivering great customer service
- Liaising within internal/ external people to ensure a smooth service is delivered
- Escalating complaints to senior members of the team
- Scheduling engineers
- Updating CRM systems
