My client is looking for a Workshop Manager to join their team.

As Workshop Manager you would play a pivotal role within the day-to-day operations of the workshop, and you will be managing c7-8 staff. This role requires someone who has strong Joinery experience.Salary: DOE
Location: Iver, Buckinghamshire

Workshop Manager duties

  • Hands on Joinery experience
  • Ability to read drawings
  • Coordinate with the Designers
  • Managing a workshop
  • Managing 7-8 staff
  • Carrying out the day-to-day operations of the workshop

Workshop Manager Attributes:

  • Great and demonstrable leadership skills
  • Very good communication skills.
  • First line management skills
