Lettings Consultants
My client is looking for a number of Lettings Consultants to join their team. This role suits someone who is driven, confident and a team player. They are a nice company, who provide a nice/ supportive environment for their team.
Salary: Up £20,000+ Commission
Location: Colchester, Essex
Lettings Consultants duties:
- Undertaking rental valuations and negotiating with landlords to secure instructions to market.
- Coordinating and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants.
- Liaising with potential new tenants to understand their individual requirements and recommend suitable properties to rent.
- Negotiating terms between the landlord and tenants
Lettings Consultants attributes:
