Group Project Coordinator
My client is looking for a Group Project Coordinator to join their team.
This Group Project Coordinator role will suit someone who has previous project experience and is confident with technical platforms. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic, creative, practical, and analytical individual to join us fulfilling a key role within our business which is pivotal to the effectiveness of our internal processes, general daily operations and ongoing expansion.
Salary: £27,000+ Bonus
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Project Coordinator duties:
- Working closely with our ‘in house’ Marketing team, the Group Project Co-ordinator will consult with all third-party software providers whose products we have integrated into our business.
- Consulting with representatives of Integrated Interest, our E-Commerce platform provider to ensure consistent performance of the product
- Reviewing potential enhancements
- Monitoring and maintaining performance of our internal software platform Reapit
- Managing our DocuSign account
- Manager to review performance and any potential enhancements
- Co-ordinating the effective onboarding of new employees from a technology perspective
- Monitoring performance of 8 x 8, our internal telephone system and implementing any changes required in consultation with the provider
- Involvement in our internal reporting platform
Project Coordinator attributes:
- Professional, analytical, methodical, personable, and confident
- A basic grasp of general IT.
- Working experience within a project-management environment
- Team player
