CRM Marketing Specialist
My client is looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist to join their team, the ideal candidate will be one who has worked in a similar role.
The company are a collaborative, friendly growing team, looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist who would like to be part of that. Preferably within B2B SaaS, technology and/ or Commercial Vehicle industry. You will be involved with the enhancing CRM processes, maintaining data integrity and driving key initiatives such as lead nurturing, customer retention and upsell/cross-sell strategies. Must have Salesforce and/ or Pardot experience.
Salary: up to £45,000
Location: Woolwich, London
CRM Marketing Specialist duties:
- CRM management, ideally in B2B SaaS companies.
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Pardot or HubSpot
- Knowledge of automation, lead nurturing and reporting tools would be ideal
- Strong understanding of GDPR compliance and data privacy regulations
- Ability to bridge marketing and sales processes, ensuring smooth handoffs and follow-ups.
- Data-driven campaign optimisation.
