Operations Administrator
My client is looking for an Operations Administrator to join their team, this would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can think on their feet.
As Operations Administrator, you will be involved with the day-to-day operations along with administration support. This is a great role for someone who likes the idea of a varied role.

Location: Dagenham, Essex
Operations Administrator duties:
- Dispatch facility requests
- Create/Monitor facilities
- Monitor the open case list
- Quotes to tenants from facility requests
- Request/ Distribute keys to tenants
- Maintain key signature logs
- Ordering janitorial and office supplies
- Review invoices for accuracy
- Assist notifying tenants of upcoming projects
- Works closely with LBBD on all events training
- Office leasing rent increases
