Construction and Maintenance Co-ordinator
My client is looking for a Construction and Maintenance Co-ordinator to join their team.
This Construction and Maintenance Co-ordinator role will be varied and will be focusing on general maintenance. They are a fast growing, company so for the right person there will be lots of progression and development opportunities.
Salary: DOE
Location: Dagenham, Essex
Construction and Maintenance Co-ordinator duties:
- Minor repair works
- Small painting works
- Carry out emergency lighting flick
- Provide site supervision for visiting contractors and engineers
- Keep detailed records of onsite activities
- Work closely with the security and cleaning company on day-to-day service and supplies
- Assist Senior FM with all day to day activities in relation, but not limited to, maintenance, production, H&S, PPM
- Notify contractors for reactive callouts for areas within our responsibility.
- Keep detailed diary/records of onsite activities and update the clients on progress
- Co-ordinate any out of hours work required in relation to building maintenance and providers that we have engaged
- Perform other duties as requested by the Senior Facilities Manager and/or other company management
Construction and Maintenance Co-ordinator attributes:
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Proficient in Microsoft operating systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer/client service skills
