Trainee Estate Agent
My client is looking for a Trainee Estate Agent.
This role doesn’t require any previous experience.
Salary: £30-35k OTE
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Trainee Estate Agent requirements:
- Working closely with prospective buyers and vendors to develop engaging client relationships.
- Handling viewing appointments and supporting the offer process.
- Sales progression
- Work closely with inhouse Mortgage & Protection Advisors to support cross selling activity. Similarly with the internal lettings teams also.
Trainee Estate Agent attributes:
- Accuracy and a strong attention to detail
- A pro-active approach within a fast-paced environment
- Keenness to learn
