Due to expansion my client is looking for a Technical support team lead to join their team, this role is focused around POS or bespoke systems. The ideal person will be one who has great communication skills and can deliver fantastic customer service. You will be providing support via the telephone, to resolve various issues, it requires someone who is analytical and has the ability to solve technical problems quickly and efficiently.
