My client is looking for a confident, enthusiastic and the willingness to go above and beyond with a ‘can do’ attitude to fulfil a technical support Agent’s role. They are very keen to hire someone with a passion for gadgets and gizmos. Due to their continued growth, they are looking for a Technical Support Agent to join their technical team to provide support to customers.
Technical Support Agent job duties will include:
- Provide or assist customer demonstrations and installations
- Extending and updating knowledge of products, technical specifications of product range and app
- Dealing with incoming calls, electronic ticketing and emails on technical problems and queries
- Visiting clients and sites to provide demonstrations of products and support with technical knowledge
- Logging details of incoming calls and emails received, providing solutions and passing on feedback to relevant departments
- Attend client meetings, company events and exhibitions as a representative when necessary
- Providing help desk telephone support via remote software
- Support in Repairs, Training and Sample testing when necessary
Technical Support Agent Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Understanding basic IP network setup
- Effective problem solving
