Due to expansion, our client is looking for a technical support agent to join their team, this role is focused around POS or bespoke systems. The ideal person will be one who has great communication skills and can deliver fantastic customer service. You will be providing support via the telephone, to resolve various issues.

Duties:

  • Working on the helpdesk
  • Providing support over the telephone support, via remote software
  • Set up/ installed Equipment and networks
  • Workshops repairs
  • Prepare systems to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Deliver great customer service
  • Organise and schedule work for other engineers
