Our client is looking for a Service Desk / Field Engineer to join their team, ideally you will have previous experience working for an MSP. You will be providing technical support, onsite and remotely, for a wide client base. You will be tasked with providing 1st and 2nd Line diagnosis and resolution. The ideal candidate must have good communication skills.

Duties:

  • Log all service tickets – over the phone, email and service portal
  • Respond appropriately to technical issues raised, through resolution or escalation
  • To install and maintain IT and communications systems
  • Provide efficient customer service
  • Prioritise work and manage workload

Skills:

  • Windows Server 2012 – 2016
  • Microsoft Office 2010 – 2016
  • Windows Desktop 7 – Windows 10
  • Active Directory and Group Policy
  • OSx Operating systems
  • Office 365
  • Networking technologies including LAN/WAN
