Scheduler/Call Allocator
My client is looking for a number of Schedulers/Call Allocators to join their team.
Salary: £25,000
Location: Hemel Hempstead, Herts
The ideal person will be one who has previous experience dealing with clients over the phone and scheduling service technicians/engineers.
Schedulers/Call Allocator duties:
- Dealing with inbound calls
- Scheduling Engineers
- Liaising within internal/ external people to ensure a smooth service is delivered
- Updating CRM systems
- Develop and mainitain strong relationships
