Our client is looking for a Resource Administrator/ Planner to join a busy and fast paced team, due to the volume of work increasing. The ideal candidate will be someone who has worked in a strong administrative role prior and has the ability to deliver great customer service.

Duties:

  • Administrative duties
  • Coordinating rotas for annual leave and sickness cover
  • Delivering great customer service
  • Good computer skills i.e.: Microsoft Office, Excel, Word.

Some out of hours required:

2 out of 8 weeks where you will be in charge of the out of hours phone to deal with sickness and finding suitable cover for the branches.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am -5:30
