Property Management & Renewals Team Lead
My client is looking for a Property Management & Renewals Team Lead to join their team.
This role of Property Management & Renewals Team would suit someone who has previously managed a small team. The successful candidate will be supporting an experienced Manager as a Team Leader, looking after a portfolio of managed properties. You will be handling escalated issues and customer complaints. You will monitor the workload of each member of the team to ensure processes run smoothly.
Salary: Up to £30k/ OTE £35k
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
