Professional Corporate Lettings Manager duties include:
- Responsible for the process of bringing PRS lettings sites to market – working within costs agreed
- To work closely with the Marketing Manager/Team on the design of all related branded marketing material to an agreed financial plan
- Responsible for all client management for all PRS lettings clients as the first POC for all matters related to marketing
- Liaise with the Property management and renewals tea, to ensure client and tenant care
- Recruitment of lettings staff
- Work closely with the Specialist Lettings Team – ensure clients are fully prepared and that quick exchange target dates are set for all deals
- Be the main POC between the PRS lettings division
- Work closely with the NEW Homes Sales Manager to assist in Sales activities
- Train the team on what is a PRS site and how to identify them
