A great opportunity with this client working on a new homes site based in Whitfield, Dover. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to sell these homes. If you have previous experience with new homes sales, then get in touch.

Work Pattern: Thursday – Monday, 10am – 5pm

Duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors and establishing good relationships to help customers make their dream move
  • Generating sales leads
  • Providing mortgage advice, conveyancing and other additional services where required
  • Maintaining regular contact with customers via telephone, email or face to face, ensuring that you can “out-passion” the competition and customers receive the best possible service
  • Working towards set targets
  • Liaising with Developers

We need you to be:

  • Experienced on working on New Homes sites
  • Organised and driven by targets
  • Able to liaise at all levels with both clients and developers
  • Have truly exceptional customer service
  • Hard-working with the desire and determination to achieve your goals
  • Professional, organised and have a great work ethic
