Listings Manager
My client is looking for a Listing Manager with a proven track record in winning valuations.
Salary: £40-50k + Commission
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Looking to further your career in property and estate agency, they are looking for individuals who want to be part of their development & management programme.
Listings Manager Requirements:
- Working closely with prospective buyers and vendors to develop engaging client relationships
- Handling viewing appointments and supporting the offer process
- Sales progression
- Work closely with inhouse Mortgage & Protection Advisors to support cross selling activity. Similarly with the internal lettings teams also
- At least 24 months experience as a sales negotiator essential
Listings Manager Attributes:
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Hardworking, personable, professional, and commercially minded
- Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills.
