Inbound Customer Service Team Leader needed to manage a busy customer service team based in Hemel Hempstead.
Salary: up to £28,000
Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.
My client is looking for a number of Inbound Customer service Team Leader to join their team. The ideal person will be one who has previous experience managing a team of Inbound Customer Service advisors.
Inbound Customer Service Team Leader duties:
- Managing a team of Inbound Customer Service advisors
- Dealing with escalated complaints from junior members of the team
- Delivering great customer service
- Liaising within internal/ external people to ensure a smooth service is delivered
- Be involved with the recruitment process
- Carrying out 121’s
- Drive the team forward, ensuring KPI’s are hit
