
The client is looking for an HR/ Customer Service Team Lead to join their team. The ideal candidate will be one who has previous experience in both Customer Service, Human Resources and has/ or is working towards their CIPD level 3. You will be offered the chance to be put through your CIPD level 5 and further training and development will be offered. This role requires someone who has previous experience working within a management role. You will be tasked with managing on-the-job training activities and will focus on improving the customer service strategy.
