My client is looking for a Head of Integration to join their business. This person must have previous experience dealing with acquisitions. The role requires someone who can manage the process from beginning to end, understanding the processes throughout.

Duties include:

  • Manage the integrations for all acquisitions
  • Carry out monthly 1-2-1’s
  • Design and implement strategy
  • Liaise and support the operations team
  • Work to agreed timelines
  • Design ‘best practice’ guidelines and share with other teams
  • Ensure all newly acquired practices are provided with the right amount of support
  • Manage and improve the performance of the integrations team
  • Assess and advise on P&L


  • Be an engaging leader who drives the team forward
  • Demonstrate confidence in decisions and when resolving problems
  • Planning and delivery must be accurate and in an accurate time frame
  • Lead by example
  • Process-orientated and able to deliver work to a high standard within an agreed deadline
