Facilities Manager
My client is looking for a Facilities Manager to join their team, this is a senior role and requires someone who has strong previous experience in a similar role.
They work within the Film and TV industry so would suit a Facilities Manager who is happy to work in a fast paced, busy environment. You will oversee/ manager all aspects of the Facilities Management functions.
Salary: DOE
Location: Dagenham, Essex
Facilities Manager duties:
- Improve the operation, appearance and maintenance of the property/properties
- Be responsible for the planning, implementation, management, constant review and administration of all contracts
- Ensure routine repairs & requests are processed
- Monitoring of these works should be carried out on a regular basis
- Ensure all PPM and other maintenance works are carried out
- Risk Management & Sustainability and Health and Safety legislation
- Health & Safety risk assessments,
- Produce and regularly review annual Op Ex budget, including management of expenditure
- Manage budgets
- ?Attend regular meetings with the management team
- ?Ensure management of all contractors working on site
- Supervise and manage on site teams, including: FM staff, reception, cleaners, security, maintenance team, post room/porters, catering
- ?To operate/maintain the access control system, CCTV system, and the building management system
