Bodyshop Fitter/MET Technician
My client is looking for a Bodyshop Fitter/MET Technician to join their team.
You will be covering West London; this is field based role.
Salary: Up to £45k
Location: Great Dunmow, Essex
Bodyshop Fitter/MET Technician Duties:
- Strip and refit vehicle components as part of high quality restoration and repair work
- Diagnose and replace mechanical, electrical and trim components
- Assist with bespoke restoration projects and coachwork repairs
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and precision
- Work closely with the wider bodyshop team to deliver outstanding results.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Bodyshop Fitter, MET Technician or Strip and Fit Technician
- Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail
- Experience with electrical, metalwork or woodwork would be advantageous
- A positive attitude and willingness to develop specialist restoration skills
- Pride in producing high quality workmanship
