Experience Accounts Manager wanted to join a products led team, this role requires someone who is able to come in and hit the ground running. Previous experience working for a facilities/ product lead/ projects company would be ideal. Previous experience using QuickBooks is essential.
Experienced Accounts Manager – Duties includes:
- VAT preparations for quarterly returns to be sent to the accountant
- Invoice raising/ reconciliation
- Accounts payable/ Accounts receivable
- Order processing and the raising of purchase orders
- Buying – understand and manage quotations for materials/ labour
- Payroll – internal staff & contractors
- Credit control
- Ad hoc duties to help the business
- Team player, with a good sense of humour
- Can work on own initiative
- The ability to priorities work and work to a deadline
