Duties include:
- Strong communication skills – Liaising with senior management, property sourcers, sales team and clients
- Viewing properties, property set up and planning projects (experience in planning projects is important)
- Housing inspections and audits
- Build solid relationships with investors, landlords, suppliers, and contractors
- Manage the operation for bookings i.e. Check-ins and checkouts
- Negotiate renewals and minimise voids
- Manage and check performance of contractors
- Set up repair quotes and plan projects from start to finish
- Occasional UK Wide travel
- Previous short stay/short let management is vital
- Previous Property Management experience required (multiple sites)
- Exceptional communication delivery via phone and email
- Own transport essential
