Job title: Recruitment / Business Development Consultant

Salary: £18- 23k

Location: Hemel Hempstead

We currently have a team of 10, which is a combination of 360 consultants & an opener/closer model. We are looking for a business development consultant who has a proven track record of winning new business and closing a sale. Some experience working for an agency would be beneficial, but previous experience working in a targeted, high call volume environment is essential.

Progression of this role will be from Business Development, into Account Management with the option to grow a team under you. So, if you are competitive, with a proven track record of winning new business,then we want to hear from you.

Duties include:

• Predominantly focusing on bringing in new business but some 360 duties

• New business – build a desk/ pipeline

• Retention of business, Account management

• Dealing with large numbers of calls, emails

• Booking interviews

• Giving and receiving feedback from clients
