Assistant Lettings Manager
My client is looking for an Assistant Lettings Manager to deputise the Lettings Manager.
The ideal candidate will be one who has previous experience working within a letting’s role, looking for the next step up.
Salary: up £24k + Commission OTE c£40-42k
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Assistant Lettings Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience in lettings is essential
- A strong desire and ability to lead and motivate an enthusiastic lettings team
- Ensure that both individual and team performance is maintained to the required level
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, professional attitude and approach
- IT proficient, you will be familiar with MS Office packages and able to learn quickly
- A valid UK driving license
