The client is looking for a 1st Line Support engineer to join their team, they are a company that offer a broad range of technologies. You will be required to act as the first point of contact for all IT related issued over the phone and via email. The ideal candidate will be one who is demonstrates great customer service skills, had great written and spoken communication skills.

Duties:

  • 1st line support
  • Escalate unresolved calls
  • Receive, log and manage calls via telephone and email
  • Maintain Databases/ spreadsheets
  • Track changes
  • Creating user accounts
  • Reset passwords
  • Create groups
