Job Title: 1^st Line Support

Salary: £18,000 – £23,000 + Bonuses + Pension

Location: Wymondham, Norfolk

My client is a MSP who provides a wide scope of services and solutions to their clients, they are looking for a 1^st Line Support Engineer to join their team. The overview of the role will be supporting small and medium size businesses.

Duties:

• Support for PCs and servers remotely and on-site
• Installing PCs
• Upgrading software
• Administration of IP phone systems
• Setting up and supporting computer Networks
• Supporting customer applications
• Setting up email accounts and website hosting (Linux and Windows)
• Support for Mac’s remotely and on-site
